Fine Print:

A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to secure and reserve the date/time of a wedding or event booking.

If a booking is cancelled, the 25% deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellation within 1 month of the reserved booking is subject to a cancellation fee.

Any scheduled clients, or members of a bridal party, who cancel on the day of an event will be charged the full price of the services.

If required to stay throughout the day to maintain the makeup, a ‘touch-up’ fee will be added.

A travel fee will be added for a booking over 40km from Olivia’s location of .50 cents per km, both ways.

Any necessary parking fee will be paid by the client.

There is an ‘early start’ fee of $25.00/hr prior to 7:30 am.

If you are paying by E-transfer, you are required to complete payment one day prior to your booking.

If you are paying cash on the day of the event, please have the entire balance owing in an envelope prepared in advance for ease of payment.
